Our venue for this month's Charlie's Kitchen Pop Up is now confirmed in the stunning art nouveau house 'Sa Bleda' in the heart of Soller (already on the list of the 'most emblematic buildings' in the village due to its unique architecture!).

After our recent travels through Asia it seems only fitting to kick off the 2016 season by going Oriental! So expect everything from seaweed to wasabi, charcoal to edamame - and some interesting detours along the way. Book now for your place at the table!

In the off season we get to experiment. So what better way to play, than with sourdough? Two starters, three new recipes... lots of different outcomes, and just the beginning of our testing. The year ahead will be all about even better, fresh, real bread!
