Over the past 15 years I have run private jobs for Presidents, Prime Ministers, international artists and A-list celebrities across the globe. I have cooked in all corners of the world, working to create constantly evolving menus with my clients always at the heart.

Whilst I have enjoyed the corporate/consulting lifestyle and cooking for VIPs around the world, I am currently focusing the next phase of my career getting back to what I do best... cooking beautiful food in intimate and relaxed environments with my family in Mallorca.

My wife Holly and I work as a team to ensure we cater to your every need. Holly will be your day to day contact, responsible for planning and organising everything required for your special event, and ensuring it all runs smoothly on the day.

Charlie, my two year old, is my Head Consultant - keeping me in check to ensure I am working to the highest standard at all times!

The food was amazing with a personal touch, local ingredients, and flavors that made nine quite picky Swedes start humming and nodding for every new course. It's hard to describe why this is such a special experience. For sure it has to do with the amazing food, Piers' passion for the best produce, combined with his technique and attention to detail make this the best dinner of the year to date. We celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday on the beautiful island of Mallorca and had Piers and Holly host the celebratory dinner at our Finca. Not only was the dining experience we had outstanding, but the preparation emails and contacts showed that Piers and Holly carefully consider their client's wishes and tastes to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the night. Both of them are enthusiastic about the work they do, they take pride using local and organic produce and the delights Pier's cuisine produces are truly outstanding. An innovative approach to the local cuisine re-assembling elements into new and unexpected textures without loosing the down-to-earth approach. Holly's warm and attentive service let us relax and enjoy the 10 course meal. We finished up the delicious local cheese platter after having danced for 2 hours.
