The food was amazing with a personal touch, local ingredients, and flavors that made nine picky Swedes start humming and nodding for every new course. Great local wines were also provided to accompany the food, which added to an already exceptional experience. We hope to be back next year, and will be in touch again!

It's hard to describe why this is such a special experience. For sure it has to do with the amazing food, Piers' passion for the best produce combined with his technique and attention to detail make this the best dinner of the year to date. But it's more than that, the fact that you don't have to go to a restaurant to enjoy it, the superb and friendly service and hosting that Holly provides and the idea of planning this ahead with friends makes it all incredible. I couldn't recommend it enough, these guys deserve all the recognition. When passion and expertise meet, one can just applaud and admire!

We celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday on the beautiful island of Mallorca and had Piers and Holly host the celebratory dinner at our Finca. Not only was the dining experience outstanding, but the preparation emails and contact showed that Piers and Holly carefully consider their client's wishes and tastes to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the night. Both of them are enthusiastic about the work they do, they take pride using local and organic produce and the delights Piers’ cuisine produces are truly outstanding. An innovative approach to the local cuisine re-assembling elements into new and unexpected textures without loosing the down-to-earth approach. Holly's warm and attentive service let us relax and enjoy the 10 course meal. We finished up the delicious local cheese platter after having danced for 2 hours.

Simply put – OUTSTANDING. I have been lucky enough to eat in several Michelin star restaurants around the world and I exaggerate not when I say this was by far some of the best food I have tasted. Our tailor made menu (which had to cater for a vegetarian and a lactose free diner in addition to rest of the party) was diverse, sumptuous and plentiful. Using local sourced ingredients our taste journey started and ended in sheer delight. It’s also key to mention Holly provided an equally joyous journey with her wine pairings, also local which helped compliment the beautiful dishes. Our occasion was one of a lifetime but I urge anyone looking to sample some of the best cooking on the island, keen to journey through taste and presentation or celebrate their own special occasion - Piers and Holly are a must. Thank you both for a truly unforgettable experience.

I never expected to experience the best meal of my life in the garden of a holiday villa in Majorca. But I would now walk barefoot over hot coals for another mouthful of Piers Dawson's Sea bream with iced, pickled and puréed cauliflower. Piers was commissioned to create a tasting menu for a private dinner to celebrate my fortieth birthday and on paper the menu looked fantastic. However, in my experience when chefs strive for something special it so often happens that some dishes are amazing and some aren't. But each and every mouthful of the food that Piers prepared for us was truly spectacular. To impart the flavour of charcoal into tempura prawns was not something I knew needed to be done until now. Likewise pops of puffed wild rice with pork belly. And an extraordinary granita of melon and Majorcan ham. There is nothing like Piers' food back here in London and I will take the memory of that meal to my grave. Thank you.

Having Piers prepare dinner for us was the highlight of our stay in Soller. As a party of three families with children ranging from 2 to 10, his challenge was on to appeal to some of the fussiest palettes around. Piers took it in his stride. Using the freshest and seasonal ingredients, he devised a delicious menu with local flavours that delighted adults and kids alike. Beyond his natural talent as a chef, his friendly demeanour made him a real pleasure to be around and he made the preparation and service seem effortless. We wholeheartedly recommend Piers.

Inventive and incredible food! We attended Piers and Holly's first 'pop-up' dinner event and it was nothing short of spectacular. Eight flavoursome, perfect courses in a fabulous setting in the centre of historic Soller. We loved the company too - we came away with great new friends and contacts. What can we say more than that we are sooo happy that we found Piers Dawson! We have tried his culinary inventions 6 times already and keep coming back for more! The last one being an Asian evening together with our extended family in the privacy of our villa and it was as if we were at a 5 star restaurant. And the food... everything from the fabulous canapés to the dessert that we all thought we would not be able to have was just amazing! We have asked for dinners with American, Spanish, Mallorcan and Barbecue themes and he just keeps nailing it. Try his slow cooked ribs, any style, his seared Asian tuna, or the canapés, any kind, they are all so good. See you in the spring!

We were incredibly excited when we booked Piers to cater a private family dinner to celebrate a 60th birthday and 40th wedding anniversary. He had been recommended by the owner of the villa we were renting in Fornalutx and we had high expectations having drooled over his website in the run up to our holiday. When the evening arrived we were absolutely blown away by each and every one of Piers' beautifully presented and innovative dishes.  His 12 course tasting menu was full of local ingredients (many from his garden), exciting flavour combinations and intriguing textures.  Our favourite "Jamon & Melon" course even earned him a spontaneous round of applause from the table! The icing on the cake was Piers' wife and right hand woman, Holly.  Holly looked after us with a professional warmth that one rarely experiences in a restaurant.  Together they are truly a "dream team". Thank you, Holly and Piers, for giving our family the most wonderful and memorable evening - which I'm sure we will all rave about for years to come!
