Over the past 15 years I have run private jobs for Presidents, Prime Ministers, international artists and A-list celebrities across the globe. I have cooked in all corners of the world, working to create constantly evolving menus with my clients always at the heart.

Whilst I have enjoyed the corporate/consulting lifestyle and cooking for VIPs around the world, I am currently focusing the next phase of my career getting back to what I do best... cooking beautiful food in intimate and relaxed environments with my family.

My wife Holly and I work as a team to ensure we cater to your every need. Holly will be your day to day contact, responsible for planning and organising everything required for your special event, and ensuring it all runs smoothly on the day.

Charlie, my three year old, is my Head Consultant - keeping me in check to ensure I am working to the highest standard at all times!
